Exhibition Booth Fee
(1) 1 space = 9m²ï¼ˆlength 3m × width３m）
Fee: JPY 510,000 (excluding tax)
※Since it is the fee for the space only, booth equipment is not included

2-Sided Open Booth (Corner Booth) *Limited quantity *Only applicable to companies exhibiting 1-2 booths
If you apply for this designated slot, we will prepare a booth with two sides open (corner booth). As the number is limited, please not that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
2-Sided Open Booth Fee: JPY 90,000 (excluding tax)
※The booth location will be determined by the organizer based on the exhibition regulations.
Exhibition Application Procedure
Application Deadline
January 15 (Mon), 2024

However, application will be closed as soon as the planned number of booths is filled even before the deadline, therefore please apply as soon as possible.

If the organizer determines that the exhibit content does not match the purpose of the exhibition, the organizer may suspend or decline the application.
Exhibition Fee Payment Procedure
After receiving the exhibition application form, the secretariat will issue an invoice. All payments need to be done via bank transfer and any bank fees should be borne by the applicant.

Exhibition Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or cancellation due to the circumstances of the exhibitor applicant, the following cancellation fee shall be paid.

From the date of application until January 15, 2024: 50% of exhibition fee
January 16, 2024 and after: 100% of exhibition fee
Announcement of Venue Layout
The venue layout (exhibitor booth locations) will be decided by the organizer after comprehensively considering the number of booths, order of applications, past performance, exhibition content, exhibition zone, etc.
Booth locations will be announced at a web-based exhibitor briefing session scheduled to be held online. Details will be announced at a later date.
